讨论了玻璃中的含水量对玻璃的转变温度、软化温度、电阻率及化学稳定性等的影响.研究结果表明,玻璃的表面电阻率随着水含量的增加而增加,化学稳定性也随之改善,但玻璃的转变温度、软化温度却是降低的,这可能与羟基在玻璃网络中的状态有关. |

Abstract: |
When air fuel combustion is replaced by oxy fuel combustion in the melting process, the contents of H 2O vapor increase in the fuel gas. This conversion will have great effect on the properties of glass. In this paper the effect of water concentration on the properties of commercial soda lime silica glasses was investigated. Determined include glass transition temperature; glass softening temperature; electrical resistivity and chemical stability. They change with increasing water content. The results are explained considering the state of hydroxyl in the surrounding glass network. |
