粉煤灰颗粒群几何特征的图象分析研究

摘要:

通过图象分析的方法，对4种粉煤灰颗粒群形状指数如丰度、圆度、椭圆度、粗糙度以及粒度分布，分维数等几何特征参数作出了定量的测试和分析，结果表明：粉煤灰颗粒群的圆度、椭圆度和粗糙度分布具有较好的规律性；粉煤灰颗粒群的累计质量分布符合Rosin-Rammler分布；煤灰颗粒群的颗粒数分布具有分形特征。

Abstract:

By using the method of image analysis in this paper, the geometric characteristic parameters of fly ash such as shape factors, granularity distribution and fractal dimension were tested and analyzed. The results show that: (1) The shape factors distribution of fly ash appear good regularities; (2) The accumulative weight distribution of fly ash tallied with Rosin Rammler distribution; (3) The grain number distribution can be expressed by the fractal dimension.
