摘要: |
通过对一、二级配钢纤维混凝土性能的试验研究和分析,阐述了二级配钢纤维混凝土对混凝土抗裂性的有利影响;针对钢纤维的体积分数、品种、外观形状、长度等特征参数对二级配钢纤维混凝土性能的影响进行了试验.结果表明:在相同条件下,掺入体积分数为1.5%,弓形60mm钢纤维的二级配钢纤维混凝土效果最好;提出了在钢纤维体积分数较大的条件下判定钢纤维混凝土工作性以采用施加外部机械力作用的维勃稠度法较为合理的观点。 |

Abstract: |
Workability and cracking resistance of steel-fiber reinforced concete(SFRC) with coarse aggregate of max 40 mm size was studied through comparison between one and two gradations of aggregate. Effects of use level, type, shape and length of steel fiber on the performance of SFRC were investigated. The optimized steel fiber use level(by volume) is 1.5%, type is bowed 60 mm steel fiber. Reasonable evaluation method for workability of SFRC is put forward. |
