再生混凝土骨料试验研究

摘要:
在试验基础上分别配制了高(H)、中(M)、低(L)3种强度等级的原生混凝土.将原生混凝土进行人工破碎、筛分后制得再生混凝土粗、细骨料,然后分别对再生混凝土粗、细骨料以及原生混凝土粗、细骨料的一系列物理力学性能进行了研究.研究结果表明:再生混凝土粗、细骨料与原生混凝土粗、细骨料之间性质差别较大;在原材料相同的情况下,由配合比不同的原生混凝土破碎后所得到的不同再生混凝土骨料之间性质差异很小,这对于控制再生混凝土骨料以及再生混凝土的质量波动是非常有意义的.

Abstract:
On the basis of experiments, three types of original concrete were prepared which have high, medium and low strength respectively. The recycled concrete aggregate were obtained by crushing and grading original concrete manually. A series of physical properties of the three recycled concrete aggregate(coarse and fine) and the original concrete aggregate(coarse and fine) were tested. As is shown by the results, the properties of recycled concrete aggregate are different from those of original concrete aggregate; the differences of the properties among the recycled concrete aggregates which were prepared with the same raw materials are very litter, which is meaningful to control the fluctuation of the quality of recycled concrete aggregate as well as recycled concrete.
