摘要: |
研究了不同的混料方法对白泥活化粉煤灰作水泥复合材料时的性能影响.结果发现,与纯水泥相比,白泥与粉煤灰质量比为4∶6时,干混法试样N5(gh)3,7 d的抗压强度分别提高了32.5%,16.5%,28 d抗压强度达到73.0 MPa;白泥与粉煤灰质量比为5∶5时,湿混法试样N6(sh)3,7 d的抗压强度分别提高了9.3%,1.8%,28 d抗压强度达到72.2 MPa;白泥与粉煤灰质量比为2∶8时,直接混法试样N3(zh)3,7,28 d的抗压强度分别达到23.5,42.5,64.0 MPa.通过XRD,DTA,SEM方法研究了水泥-粉煤灰-白泥系统水化性能.结果表明:白泥、粉煤灰的引入,加速了粉煤灰中活性Al2O3、SiO2的反应;龄期对水泥-粉煤灰-白泥系统有较大影响,龄期越长,水化产物越多,结构越密实. |

Abstract: |
The compressive strength of cementitious materials mixed with soda waste mud and fly ash were investigated.The optimum mixing method and ratio of mass are found.The hydration properties of cement binders with soda waste mud and fly ash were studied using XRD,DTA,SEM.The results show that soda waste mud can stimulate the activity of fly ash,increase the hydration speed of clinker mineral,and improve the second hydration of fly ash. |
