摘要: |
基于水化物脱水相基胶凝材料制备原理,利用粉煤灰、磷石膏等制备了以C3AH6脱水相为主要成分的D0和以AFm脱水相为主要成分的D1两种混凝土膨胀剂,并测试了其膨胀性能.试验结果表明,D0和D1均能够达到JC 476-2001<混凝土膨胀剂中所要求的水中限制膨胀率指标,D1膨胀剂的膨胀速率较快,28 d膨胀率较小;D0膨胀剂的膨胀速率较慢,28 d膨胀率较大,可达到0.058%.两种膨胀剂的主要原材料粉煤灰和脱硫石膏是电厂的两大宗副产品,其蒸汽养护及低温煅烧工艺可以梯级利用电厂发电的余热. |

Abstract: |
Based on the preparation principle of cementitious materials of dehydrated hydrate phases two expansive agents for concrete,D_0 and D_1,were prepared from industrial wastes including fly ash and phosphogypsum.The main component of D_0 and D_1 are C_3AH_6 dehydrated hydrate phases and AFm dehydrated hydrate phases respectively.Expansion performance of the expansive agents was tested.The results show that both of the expansive agents can meet the limited expansion rate in water required for the expansive agen... |
