采用偶氮氯膦Ⅲ分光光度法研究碳酸化前后钢渣中Ca2+的浸析情况,并以乙二醇法测定碳酸化前后钢渣中f CaO含量.结果表明:在温度为70℃,相对湿度为80%,CO2体积分数为99.9%,CO2压力为0.35MPa的条件下碳酸化180min,钢渣(0.154~1.000mm)中Ca2+的浸析浓度由未碳酸化前的102.31μg/mL降为44.97μg/mL,钢渣(<0.074mm)中f CaO含量(质量分数)由未碳酸化前的2.67%降为0.58%;在溶解时间相同情况下,钢渣颗粒粒径越小,Ca2+浸析浓度越大. |

Spectrophotometric Research of Leaching Law of Ca2+ from Steel Slag by Using Chlorophosphonazo as Spectral Chromogenic Reagent |

The leaching law of Ca2+ from steel slag before and after carbonation were analyzed by spectrophotometry with chlorophosphonazo as spectral chromogenic reagent. The content of f CaO in steel slag was tested with ethylene glycol. The results show that under carbonation conditions of 70℃, 80%RH, φco2=99.9%, pco2=0.35MPa, the leaching concentration of Ca2+ from steel slag(0.154~1.000mm) reduces from 102.31μg/mL before carbonation to 44.97μg/mL after 180 min carbonation. The content(by mass) of f CaO in steel slag(<0.074mm) reduces from 2.67% to 0.58%. The smaller the particle size of steel slag, the higher the leaching concentration of Ca2+ for the same leaching time. |
