温拌OGFC混合料性能研究

摘要:
将温拌技术运用于OGFC(开级配排水式沥青磨耗层)混合料的施工作业中.测试了温拌OGFC混合料、热拌OGFC混合料的空隙率、肯塔堡飞散损失、马歇尔稳定度、流值等基本性能.结果表明:温拌OGFC混合料的拌和温度可以比热拌OGFC混合料下降25 ℃左右;温拌OGFC混合料基本性能与未加温拌剂的热拌OGFC混合料相差不大.添加温拌剂给OGFC混合料摊铺温度提供一个更宽的范围,从而可有效提高其施工质量.

Performance of OGFC Mixtures Using Warm Mix Technology

Abstract:
Warm mix technology was used in the construction operations of OGFC(open graded friction course) mixture. The basic performance including porosity, Cantabro spatter loss, Marshall stability and flow value of warm and hot mix OGFC mixtures was tested. The results show that the mixing temperature of warm mix OGFC mixture may be reduced by about 25 ℃ compared with that of hot mix OGFC mixture. The performance of warm mix OGFC mixture is no worse than that of hot mix OGFC mixture without warm mix modifier added. Adding warm mix modifier in OGFC mixture allows a wider range of paving temperature, which can effectively improve the quality of its construction.
