超塑化剂对新拌水泥浆体多级絮凝结构的影响

摘要:
在运用光学显微镜观察絮凝结构的基础上,构建了新拌水泥浆体多级絮凝结构模型.应用旋转黏度计测试了掺不同类型超塑化剂新拌水泥浆体的流变参数,探讨了不同类型超塑化剂对新拌水泥浆体多级絮凝结构的作用.结果表明:掺加不同类型的超塑化剂后,新拌水泥浆体的回滞圈面积大小不一,这是由于不同类型超塑化剂可以分散不同水泥颗粒结合力形成的不同级次新拌水泥浆体絮凝结构的缘故;超塑化剂的分散能力越强,新拌水泥浆体中絮凝结构越小、分散越均匀,新拌水泥浆体流动性就越好.

Effects of Superplasticizers on Multi level Flocculation Structure ofFresh Cement Paste

Abstract:
Based on the application of light microscope observation of flocculation structure, the multi level flocculation structure model of fresh cement paste was constructed. Rotative viscometer was employed to measure the rheological parameters of fresh cement paste with different types of superplasticizers. The effect of different types of superplasticizers on the multi level flocculation structure of fresh cement paste was analyzed.The results show that if different types of superplasticizers are added in fresh cement paste, the hysteresis circle areas are variable in size, it is due to the different cohesion of cement particles. Different levels of flocculation structure in the fresh cement paste, and different types of superplasticizers can destroy different levels of flocculation structure. The better the dispersion of superplasticizer, the smaller the flocculation structure, the more evenly the dispersion,and the better the liquidity of fresh cement paste.
