表面处理对再生骨料沥青混合料性能的影响

摘要:
采用3种工艺处理废弃水泥混凝土再生骨料(RCA):仅用水清洗(WJ RCA);先后用稀硫酸溶液、氢氧化钙饱和溶液清洗(SJ RCA);先用水清洗再包裹水灰比为0.5的水泥浆液(CJ RCA),并用它们来拌制沥青混合料.测试了RCA 沥青界面的粘附性能;通过马歇尔试验评价了沥青混合料的稳定性;采用X射线衍射(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM)和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)分析了表面处理工艺对骨料表面微细观性能的影响及RCA 沥青界面的化学特征,初步探讨了其作用机理.结果表明:RCA 沥青界面存在化学吸附作用,合适的表面处理工艺能提高RCA 沥青混合料的综合性能,当采用合理油石比时,其马歇尔稳定性能与采用天然玄武岩骨料(NCA)的沥青混合料相当.

Effect of Surface Treatment on Properties of Asphalt Mixture Producedwith Waste Concrete Aggregates

Abstract:
The physical and mechanical properties of asphalt mixture produced with waste concrete aggregates(RCA) were investigated and test results presented. RCA was treated by using three methods: namely 1) washed by water cannon (WJ treated), 2) cleaned by using 0.5%(by mass) H2SO4 and then using Ca(OH)2 solution with using ultrasonic (SJ treated), 3) cleaned by water cannon then wrapped with cement paste of mw/mc 0.5 (CJ treated). The micro structures of the surface of RCA after treated were observed and analyzed by using XRD and SEM. The interface of RCA asphalt was also observed and analyzed by FTIR. The research results show that there is chemisorption in the interface between RCA and asphalt with the three surface treated methods, and the chemisorption effect is the strongest for SJ treatment. Test results also show that the mechanical properties of asphalt mixture produced with RCA after SJ treatment is much better than that after WJ and CJ treatment.
