基于水泥乳化沥青砂浆充填层服役环境条件,测试了干燥、气干以及饱水状态下CRTS I型水泥乳化沥青砂浆在-20~60℃时的热变形.结果表明:湿含量对水泥乳化沥青砂浆的热变形行为具有显著影响,非干燥状态水泥乳化沥青砂浆的热变形是自身组分热变形、内部水相态转变及蒸发所导致的体积变形的综合表现;在升温过程中,水泥乳化沥青砂浆内部水向外迁移引起显著的收缩变形,这种收缩变形导致非干燥状态水泥乳化沥青砂浆在20℃左右出现热收缩现象;在饱水条件下,冰水相变产生的体积收缩导致水泥乳化沥青砂浆在-5~5℃时产生显著的收缩. |

Effect of Inner Moisture on Thermal Deformation ofCement and Emulsified Asphalt Mortar |

In order to know influence of inner moisture on thermal deformation of cement and emulsified asphalt mortar, change in length of specimens under different inner moisture conditions, namely vacuum dried, air dry and water saturated, was measured from -20 ℃ to 60 ℃. Results show that the inner moisture has a significant influence on thermal deformation of cement and emulsified asphalt mortar. The evaporation of inner moisture causes shrinkage notably as temperature rises. This shrinkage reduces its thermal expansion coefficient and can even lead to a negative thermal expansion around 20 ℃. In the case of water saturated condition, the transition of inner moisture from ice to liquid water between -5 and 5 ℃ results in another negative thermal expansion, too. |
