基于45°剪切角的复合试件剪切试验,进行了改性环氧树脂防水黏结层的设计和性能评价.结果表明:改性环氧树脂防水黏结层的剪切强度主要受树脂用量和树脂混合到沥青混合料摊铺之间间歇时间的影响.改性环氧树脂用量宜≥0.6L/m2,玄武岩碎石粒径为1.18~3mm或3~5mm,碎石对防水黏结层表面的覆盖率为90%,24℃下施工间歇时间应小于12h.与其他材料防水黏结层相比,改性环氧树脂防水黏结层具有更好的高温性能、低温抗冻性能和抗疲劳性能,但造价较高,推荐用于裂缝较多的水泥混凝土桥面. |

Based on shear test of 45° shear angle for composite specimen, modified epoxy resin waterproof adhesive layer was designed and its performance was evaluated. Results indicate that modified epoxy resin content and interval time between the resin mix and the pave of asphalt mixture are the key factors to influence shear strength of modified epoxy resin waterproof adhesive layer. The content of modified epoxy resin should be not less than 0.6L/m2, the size of basalt aggregate is 1.183mm or 35mm, the coverage of basalt aggregate to surface of waterproof adhesive layer is 90%,and the interval time should be less than 12h at 24℃. Compared to other waterproof adhesive layer,modified epoxy resin waterproof adhesive layer has better high temperature performance, frost resistance,fatigue resistance,but higher price. It is recommended to be used for cement concrete bridge surface with many cracks. |
