岩沥青对软硬沥青复配混合料的增强作用

摘要:
采用沥青常规试验、动态剪切流变试验以及红外光谱试验,分析岩沥青品种和掺量对软硬沥青复配胶结料的增强作用及其增强机理;采用车辙试验和疲劳试验,分析岩沥青掺量对软硬沥青复配混合料的增强作用,并与热拌沥青混合料性能进行比较.结果表明:在相同的掺量下,Gilsonite岩沥青的增强效果显著高于BMA岩沥青;Gilsonite岩沥青可以有效地提高软硬沥青复配胶结料的软化点和车辙因子,而且该车辙因子具有随着时间延长而增长的特征;软硬沥青复配混合料的抗车辙能力随着Gilsonite岩沥青掺量的增加而显著增大,在一定的掺量下,软硬沥青复配混合料的抗车辙能力和疲劳寿命均高于同级配类型的热拌沥青混合料.试验路的使用效果验证了Gilsonite岩沥青的增强作用.

Enhancement Effect of Rock Asphalt on Mixture of Soft Asphaltand Hard Asphalt Compound Binder

Abstract:
Using asphalt routine test, dynamic shear rheological experiment and infrared spectrum test, enhancement effect and strengthening mechanism of rock asphalt varieties and content on soft asphalt and hard asphalt compound binder were discussed. The rut test and fatigue test were used to study the enhancement effect of rock asphalt content on warm mixture of soft asphalt and hard asphalt compound binder, and these performances were compared with hot mix asphalt. The results show that in the same content, enhancement effect of Gilsonite rock asphalt is significantly higher than that of BMA rock asphalt. Softening point and the rutting factors of the soft asphalt and hard asphalt compound binder can be effectively improve by Gilsonite rock asphalt, and rutting factor of the binder would grow with time. Rut resistance of the warm mixture is enhanced by Gilsonite rock asphalt enlarges with the increase of rock asphalt content considerably. At a certain content of rock asphalt, the rutting resistance and fatigue life of the warm mixture asphalt are higher than that of the hot mix asphalt with the same gradation. Furthermore, the enhancement effect of Gilsonite rock asphalt is validated in the case of test road.
