采用弹性动力学方法,建立了真空平板玻璃的动力学分析模型,计算出真空平板玻璃在动态载荷下的响应特性.通过对真空平板玻璃动态特性的试验研究,得到了其动态响应特性,并对比了试验结果与计算结果,验证了理论分析的可靠性.试验结果表明:随着振动频率的增加,真空平板玻璃动态响应呈先增加后减小的变化趋势,随着与中心处距离的增大,真空平板玻璃动态响应呈减小的趋势;当外部激振频率达到50Hz时,真空平板玻璃会产生强烈的共振现象,从而破坏真空平板玻璃正常工作特性,影响其结构可靠性及工作稳定性. |

By using elastic dynamics methods, the dynamic analysis model of the vacuum plate glass was built. The response characteristic of the vacuum plate glass under dynamic loading was calculated. The dynamic response characteristic of the vacuum plate glass was obtained through experiments. And the reasonability of the theoretical analysis method was verified by comparing the experimental results with theoretical analysis results. This provides important basis for monitoring of application, service life prediction and structural improvement design of the vacuum plate glass. The experimental results show that the dynamic response of the vacuum plate glass is enhanced to a maximum and then reduces with increasing the vibration frequency. The dynamic response of the vacuum plate glass reduces with the increase of the distance to the center of the vacuum plate glass. When external excitation frequeny reaches 50Hz, strong resonance phenomenon is observed in the vacuum plate glass. Normal operation properties of the vacuum plate glass are damaged, and its structural reliability and working stability is adversely affected. |
