利用天然石膏形态组成模拟钛石膏及其性能研究

摘要:
利用天然石膏模拟钛石膏的物理形态和化学组成,对比研究天然石膏、钛石膏以及模拟钛石膏的物理性能.控制粉磨时间使天然石膏与钛石膏的比表面积、平均粒径以及颗粒级配情况基本相同,掺加Fe(OH)3等杂质使两者化学组成基本相同,通过系列性能研究寻求影响形态模拟钛石膏物理性能的主要因素.结果表明:比表面积对形态模拟钛石膏物理性能有一定影响,随着比表面积增大,其标稠用水量增大,力学强度降低;Fe(OH)3对钛石膏物理性能影响显著,随着Fe(OH)3含量的增加,其标稠用水量显著增大,力学强度急剧降低.

Abstract:
The physical morphology and chemical composition of titanium gypsum was simulated with natural gypsum.The physical properties of natural gypsum, titanium gypsum and simulated titanium gypsum were comparatively studied.The natural gypsum were prepared that had the same specific surface area, average particle size and particle size distribution as those of titanium gypsum by controlling grinding time.The chemical compositions of natural gypsum and titanium gypsum were basically same by adding ferric hydroxide into natural gypsum.The main factors which affect the physical properties of titanium gypsum were found through a series of performance study.The results show that the specific surface area has a certain influence on the physical properties of titanium gypsum.The water for standard consistency of simulated titanium gypsum increases and the mechanical strength decreases with the increase of specific surface area.The amount of ferric hydroxide added has significant influence on the physical properties of titanium gypsum.The water content for standard consistency increases significantly and a sharp decrease of the mechanical strength occurs with increasing content of ferric hydroxide.
