混凝土早龄期拉伸徐变影响因素敏感性分析

摘要:
结合实际混凝土工程中出现的徐变现象,利用改进的早龄期混凝土拉伸徐变试验装置进行早龄期拉伸徐变试验,考察早龄期拉伸徐变发展规律及水灰比、粉煤灰掺量、磨细矿渣掺量和硅粉掺量的影响.通过所定义的敏感度因子对试验结果进行分析,对各影响因素敏感性进行排序.结果表明:硅粉掺量和水灰比对混凝土早龄期拉伸徐变影响较大,粉煤灰掺量和磨细矿渣掺量对混凝土早龄期拉伸徐变影响相对较小.该结论可为同类型的后续研究和工程实践提供参考.

Sensitivity Analysis of Impact Factors of Concrete Tensile Creep at Early Ages

Abstract:
On the basis of creep phenomenon in practical construction, with the application of improved equipment the creep behavior and the effects of water cement ratio, contents of fly ash, ground slag and silica fume at early ages were investigated by tensile creep test. By defining sensitivity factor and analyzing the test results, sensitivity analysis was carried out. The results show that the content of silica fume and water cement ratio have a much greater influence on tensile creep than the content of fly ash and ground slag, which will be a good reference for the succeeding research and similar engineering practice.
