石灰石粉对磷酸镁胶结材料浆体性能的影响

摘要:
为了研究石灰石粉对磷酸镁胶结材料(MPC)浆体性能的影响,测试了含石灰石粉MPC浆体的凝结时间、抗压强度、收缩变形和水化温度,分析了含石灰石粉MPC浆体的物相组成和微观形貌.结果表明:掺加适量石灰石粉可明显提高MPC浆体的抗压强度并改善其收缩变形.适量石灰石粉掺加后,MPC浆体早期水化程度显著增加,MPC浆体中主要水化产物MgKPO4·6H2O的结晶程度、生成量和生成比例明显提高,晶体形貌和大小发生了变化,MPC硬化体结构更加致密.

Effect of Limestone Powder on Properties of Magnesium Phosphate Cement Paste

Abstract:
To study effect of limestone powder on the properties of magnesium phosphate cement(MPC) paste, the initial setting time, compressive strength, shrinkage deformation and hydration temperature of MPC paste with limestone powder added were investigated, the phase composition and micro morphology of MPC paste with limestone powder added were analyzed. The results show that some limestone powder added significantly improves the compressive strength and shrinkage deformation of MPC paste. Some limestone powder added remarkably improves early hydration degree of MPC paste, and increases the crystal degree, formation amount and ratio of main hydration MgKPO4·6H2O, and change the shape and size of crystal MgKPO4·6H2O, resulting in the more compact structure of hardened MPC paste.
