以聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)建筑膜材为研究对象,在哈尔滨地区开展了自然环境下的长期暴露试验研究,分别对自然暴露1,2,4,7a的PTFE建筑膜材试样进行了拉伸强度、断裂延伸率以及撕裂强度测试,拟合出PTFE膜材拉伸强度和撕裂强度随时间的变化曲线,为探究PTFE膜材在寒冷地区的经年耐候性能提供了数据资料. |

Natural exposure tests on PTFE membrane material were carried out in Harbin. The tensile strength, rupture elongation rate and tear strength of the material after 1,2,4 and 7 a were measured. The expressions of relations among the tensile strength, the tear strength of PTFE membrane material and time were fitted from measured data. Thus, valuable data are offered for evaluation on the weather ability of PTFE membrane material in Harbin. |
