基于冻融损伤和表面剥落的氯离子扩散模型修正与应用

摘要:
基于混凝土氯离子扩散能力与冻融损伤的动态相关性,借助工程调查得到的混凝土结构表面剥落深度计算式,建立了同时考虑混凝土冻融损伤和表面剥落的氯离子扩散修正模型.通过某立交桥桥面板混凝土和胶州湾海底隧道洞口段衬砌混凝土实测数据,对提出的修正模型进行了工程验证和应用.研究表明:在盐冻环境中应用该修正模型的预测结果与实测数据吻合度高,且模型简单,便于工程应用.

Modification and Application of Chloride Diffusion Model Based on Frost Damage and Surface Scaling

Abstract:
A new multi factor modified model of chloride diffusion in concrete was formulated, in which the dynamic correlations between chloride diffusion capacity and frost damage, surface scaling of concrete structures were taken into account. This modified model was verified and applied on basis of field data from practical engineering of an urban overpass and Jiaozhou bay subsea tunnel. The result indicates that the prediction is exactly consistent with the field chloride content under salt frost environment. Meanwhile, the modified model is very simple and convenient for engineering application.
