多种沥青混合料疲劳性能的比较

摘要:
在对应的设计空隙率下,进行考虑自愈合作用的多种沥青混合料疲劳性能的对比研究.采用Nf50法判断基质沥青混合料疲劳寿命,采用NfNM法判断改性沥青混合料疲劳寿命.结果表明:当未考虑自愈合作用时,AC 13 terminal blend(TB)胶粉+SBS改性沥青混合料具有最好的疲劳寿命,随后依次为ARAC 13橡胶沥青混合料、AC 13 SBS改性沥青混合料和AC 13 TB胶粉+岩沥青改性沥青混合料等;当考虑自愈合作用后,ARAC 13橡胶沥青混合料具有最好的疲劳寿命,随后依次为AC 13 TB胶粉+SBS改性沥青混合料、AC 13 SBS改性沥青混合料和AC 13 TB胶粉+岩沥青改性沥青混合料等.TB胶粉改性沥青混合料及其各类复合改性沥青混合料具有极大的科研和应用价值.

Fatigue Performance Comparison of Various Kinds of Asphalt Mixture

Abstract:
At different air voids designed, various kinds of asphalt mixture were chosen for fatigue performance comparison with self healing effect considered. Nf50 criterion was selected to judge the fatigue lives of matrix asphalt mixtures, while NfNM criterion was selected to judge the fatigue lives of modified asphalt mixtures. The results show that when the self healing effect is not considered, AC 13 terminal blend(TB) rubber powder+SBS modified asphalt mixture has the best fatigue life, followed by ARAC 13 rubber asphalt mixture, AC 13 SBS modified asphalt mixture and AC 13 TB rubber powder+rock asphalt modified asphalt mixture, et al. When the self healing effect is considered, ARAC 13 rubber asphalt mixture has the best fatigue life, followed by AC 13 TB rubber powder+SBS modified asphalt mixture, AC 13 SBS modified asphalt mixture and AC 13 TB rubber powder+rock asphalt modified asphalt mixture, et al. TB rubber powder modified asphalt mixture and kinds of composite modified asphalt mixture based on TB rubber powder are of important scientific and practical application value.
