采用甘油对木粉/聚乳酸复合材料进行增容改性,通过熔融挤出法成型,制备了木粉/聚乳酸复合材料.研究了甘油用量对木粉/聚乳酸复合材料界面相容性、热稳定性、流变性、吸水性及力学性能的影响.结果表明:甘油用量增大有利于提高木粉与聚乳酸的相容性,当用量达到9%(质量分数)时,二者的相容性明显提高;当甘油用量为6%时,木粉/聚乳酸复合材料的吸水率最低,耐水性最好;随着甘油用量的增加,木粉/聚乳酸复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度均呈现先增大后减小的趋势,且在甘油用量为6%时达到最大值. |

Effects of Glycerol Addition on the Properties of Wood Flour/Polylactic Acid Composite |

Wood flour/polylactic acid composites prepared by melt extrusion method with the glycerol were adopted as plasticizer to improve the compatibility between wood flour and polylactic acid. The effects of glycerol addition on the properties(compatibility, thermal stability, rheology, water absorption and mechanical properties) of composite materials were studied. The results of XRD and SEM show that the best compatibility between wood flour and PLA is obtained when the glycerol addition is 9%(mass fraction of wood flour/PLA composite materials). To get smaller water absorption, 6% glycerol addition is appropriate and the water resistance is the best. With the addition of glycerol, the tensile strength and bending strength first increase and then decrease, and reach a maximum value at 6% glycerol addition. |
