测试了萘系高效减水剂对软土无侧限抗压强度、抗剪强度、压缩性和水稳定性的改性效果,研究了减水剂作为添加剂对石灰改良软土(石灰土)和水泥改良软土(水泥土)无侧限抗压强度的影响,并采用扫描电镜观测了软土改性前后的微观结构.结果表明:萘系高效减水剂能改善软土的力学性能和水稳定性,进一步提高石灰土的无侧限抗压强度;减水剂掺入顺序对水泥土无侧限抗压强度影响很大,先在软土中掺入水泥,闷料6h后再掺入减水剂的顺序能提高水泥土的无侧限抗压强度,特别是其早期强度提高显著;经萘系高效减水剂改性后,软土呈相互交错的不规则结构,石灰土和水泥土中水化产物变得更丰富且分布更均匀. |

The effect of naphthalene water reducing agent on unconfined compressive strength, shear strength, deformation and water stability of soft soil were investigated. The modification effect of lime soil and cement soil by water reducing agent was observed and its microscopic mechanism was also explored by SEM. The results show that naphthalene water reducing agent at suitable mixing amount can improve mechanical properties and water stability of soft soil, it also can improve the strength of lime soil; the addition order of naphthalene water reducing agent and cement has great influence on the modification effect of cement soil. When cement is added in soft soil 6 hours earlier than naphthalene water reducing agent, the unconfined compressive strength of cement soil will be further improved, especially for the early strength. After modified by naphthalene water reducing agent, the structure of soft soil become interlaced and more compact, the hydration products is richer and the distribution is more uniform in lime soil and cement soil when modified by naphthalene water reducing agent. |
