特殊钢尾渣粉在泡沫混凝土制备中的作用机理

摘要:
以特殊钢尾渣粉制备了特殊钢尾渣泡沫混凝土,并利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)分析了养护过程各阶段的产物,测试了所制备混凝土的28d相关性能.结果表明:在养护过程前期(0~7d),特殊钢尾渣泡沫混凝土中的3CaO·SiO2参与了水化反应;在养护过程后期(14~28d),特殊钢尾渣泡沫混凝土中的2CaO·SiO2与吸附水作用,生成了C S H凝胶与Ca(OH)2;养护龄期为28d的特殊钢尾渣泡沫混凝土具有较好的轻质性能和良好的力学性能,其干密度为62769g/cm3,抗压强度为2671MPa,内照射指数IRa和外照射指数Iγ均为01,说明特殊钢尾渣粉应用的安全性得到了大幅提高.

Action Mechanism of Special Steel Tailing Powder in Preparation for Foam Concrete

Abstract:
Special steel tailing foam concrete was prepared from special steel tailing powder. Special steel tailing powder and products in different curing stages of special steel tailing foam concrete were measured by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR). Related performances of special steel tailing foam concrete(curing age is 28d) were tested. The results show that the 3CaO·SiO2 reacts with special steel tailing foam concrete at the early stage of the curing process(07d); 2CaO·SiO2 reacts with water absorbted in special steel tailing foam concrete, generating C S H gel and Ca(OH)2 at the late stage of the curing process(1428d). Special steel tailing foam concrete(curing age is 28d) has good light weight performance and good mechanical performance, at the same time, the safety of special steel tailings powder application is greatly improved. Its dry density is 62769g/cm3, compressive strength is 2671MPa, internal exposure index IRa and external exposure index Iγ are 01.
