EPS水泥基复合材料界面改性试验研究

摘要:
采用三乙醇胺改性剂和水性环氧树脂对发泡聚苯乙烯(EPS)颗粒进行表面改性处理,通过扫描电镜(SEM)分析研究了EPS水泥基复合材料的界面改性机理.结果表明:三乙醇胺和水性环氧树脂共同作用能够有效改善EPS颗粒与胶凝材料界面间的黏结程度,并可形成整体的核壳结构,从而提高了EPS水泥基复合材料的界面性能及力学性能.

Interfacial Modification of EPS Cement Based Composite Materials

Abstract:
Triethanolamine modifier and the waterborne epoxy resin were applied for the surface modification treatment of the expanded polystyrene(EPS) grain. By means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM), the mechanism of interfacial modification of EPS cement based composite materials was investigated.The results were shown that the adhesion strength between EPS grain and cementing material can be improved by interaction between the triethanolamine and polymer. The core shell structure constructed by the modified EPS grain and inorganic gelling material can improve the mechanical properties of EPS cement based composite materials.
