摘要:

建立了聚合物膜片在成型过程中温度场的数学模型，并研究了各工艺操作参数对温度分布的影响．在对生产厚规格薄膜的各种工艺条件考察后，提出了改进操作的建议．

Abstract:

The mathematical model of heat transfer,which was specially established for the formation of the polymer film, was applied to predict the film temperature in different operating conditions. The model was used to study the technological parameters of the production of thicker gauge films, and the methods for improving operation were also suggested.
