Experiment on Self setting Glass based Bioactive Bone Cement

摘要:

介绍了自硬性玻璃基生物骨水泥的制备、性质和应用。对所制得的骨水泥材料进行了初步动物试验，将骨水泥在生理盐水中沥出的浸出液注入ＩＣＲ小鼠腹腔内，观察其病理、体内血象、体重变化以及死亡情况。结果表明，此类骨水泥无急性毒性和长期毒性。将骨水泥填充于骨肿瘤刮除后的患者肱骨骨腔中，无任何异常反应并恢复了手臂功能，证实此材料可用作为骨填充材料。

Abstract:

The preparation,properties and application of self setting glass based bioactive cement were introduced.Animal tests on this bone cement were conducted.After the leaching solution was injected into the abdomen of mice,which was obtained from the soaking solution of bone cement powder,the pathological changes,hemogram changes,body mass and mortality were observed.The results showed that this bone cement has no urgent toxic and long term toxic effect.In the clinic trial,this bone cement was filled into the upper arm bone cavity after the tumor was removed from the cavity of a patient.There were no abnormal and the arm's function was recovered after the operation.It is confirmed that this bone cement can be used as a bone filling material.
