我国墙体材料评价体系研究

Estimating System on the Wall Materials of China

摘要:

以我国墙体材料为研究对象,将其划分为内墙体系和外墙体系,结合综合评价原理从墙体材料产品的整个生命周期进行质量评价和环境评价,确定了我国墙体材料的综合评价体系和评价指标.应用专家法(德尔菲法)得出了墙体材料综合评价体系各层次评价指标的权重.选择了15种内墙产品、11种外墙产品,通过专家调查打分法进行定性和定量分析,得出了产品的综合得分,为确定我国墙体材料的主导产品以及新型墙体材料的发展规划提供了依据.

Abstract:

The estimating system and index on the wall materials of China were established by estimating their life cycle quality and environment based on the comprehensive estimating theory.The wall materials were divided into the inside and outside wall.The weight value of various estimating indexes on the wall materials were obtained by expert system(Delfei method).The qualitative and quantitative analyses on 15 kinds of inside wall products and 11 kinds of outside wall products were done according to investigated data from experts,and then the comprehensive scores on the products were calculated.The research results in this project offered the bases for confirming the dominant products of the wall materials and the development program of new kinds of the wall materials in China.
