    摘要:

    针对我国苏南地区高温多雨,水泥稳定碎石基层在湿度变化时易产生干缩裂缝的缺陷,借鉴正交试验设计方法,筛选出9种集料级配组成设计方案,对其水泥稳定碎石试件分别进行无侧限抗压强度试验和干缩试验,分析了集料级配组成对水泥稳定碎石试件无侧限抗压强度和干缩应变的影响,并对其集料级配的合理组成进行了探讨,优选出了干缩应变小、无侧限抗压强度较高的集料级配组成设计方案.

    Abstract:

    The problem of cracking of cement-stabilized macadam substrate comes forth easily under the condition of moisture change in the south area of Suzhou.Orthogonal trail design method was used for reference to screen out 9 different kinds of aggregate gradation design scheme,and unconfined compressive strength test and dry shrinkage test were done to select out aggregate gradation composition design scheme,it's dry shrinkage strain is lower and it's compressive strength is higher.Influence of aggregate gradation on compressive strength and dry shrinkage strain are analysed.Reasonable composition of aggregate gradation is discussed.
