防火助剂对防火涂料防腐蚀性能的影响

Influence of Fire Retardant on Anticorrosion of Fire Retardant Coatings

摘要:

通过正交试验研究了防火涂料中树脂、颜填料以及防火助剂对其防火、防腐蚀性能的影响,发现防火助剂是影响防火涂料防腐蚀性能的关键因素.分别研究了发泡剂、催化剂以及成炭剂等对防火涂料防火、防腐蚀性能的影响.结果表明,防火涂料的防腐蚀性能随着防火助剂水溶性的降低以及粒度的减小而显著提高.

Abstract:

Influence of polymer binders,fillers and fire retardant agents on the fire retardant properties of fire retardation coating and corrosion retardantion was studied by means of the orthogonal experiment method.The results show that the fire retardant agent was the key factor.Farther more the influence of foam agent,carbonizing agent and dehydration catalyzer was discussed.It is proved that the anticorrosion property enhences with the decrease of the particle size and solubility in water of the fire retardant agent.
