Carbon fiber/sulphoaluminate cement composites(CFSC) were prepared by moulding and extrusion technology. The different influences of these two kinds of forming technologies on microstructure and sensitivity of CFSC were studied.Compared with CFSC prepared by moulding technology, the SEM analysis and pore analysis indicates that CFSC prepared by extrusion technology are much denser and its density was much higher.Under the uniaxial load, two CFSCs prepared by these two kinds of forming technologies both have good piezo-resistivity.Furthermore the piezo-resistivity effect curve of CFSC prepared by extrusion technology is much linear than CFSC' prepared by moulding technology.Under cycle load, the changes of piezo-resistivity of CFSC prepared by these two kinds of technologies have good reproducibility.Extrusion technology could improve stability of the resistivity changes of the composites.
