    摘要:

    分别采用注浆和挤出两种成型工艺制备了碳纤维/硫铝酸盐水泥复合材料(CF-SC),对比研究了两种成型工艺对CFSC微观结构和压敏性能的影响.SEM和孔结构分析表明,与注浆成型工艺相比,以挤出成型工艺制备的CFSC结构更加密实,其密度更大;两种成型工艺制备的CFSC在单调压应力作用下均表现出良好的压敏特性,而其中的挤出成型工艺使得CFSC的压敏曲线更趋向于线性变化;以两种成型工艺制备的CFSC在循环压应力作用下均表现出较好的压敏重复性,而其中的挤出成型工艺可进一步提高CF-SC电阻率变化的稳定性.

    Abstract:

    Carbon fiber/sulphoaluminate cement composites(CFSC) were prepared by moulding and extrusion technology.The different influences of these two kinds of forming technologies on microstructure and sensitivity of CFSC were studied.Compared with CFSC prepared by moulding technology,the SEM analysis and pore analysis indicates that CFSC prepared by extrusion technology are much denser and its density was much higher.Under the uniaxial load,two CFSCs prepared by these two kinds of forming technologies both have good piezo-resistivity.Furthermore the piezo-resistivity effect curve of CFSC prepared by extrusion technology is much linear than CFSC' prepared by moulding technology.Under cycle load,the changes of piezo-resistivity of CFSC prepared by these two kinds of technologies have good reproducibility.Extrusion technology could improve stability of the resistivity changes of the composites.
