    基于室内标定试验得到的混凝土内部温湿度对于钢筋锈蚀速率的影响关系以及现场混凝土内部温湿度的实时监测数据,提出了一种用于实时监测混凝土内钢筋锈蚀速率的新方法,并设计了相关试验进行验证.结果表明:通过该监测方法得到的钢筋锈蚀速率数据能较为可靠地计算钢筋锈蚀量.

    Abstract:

    In practical situation, the corrosion current to corrode reinforcement in concrete changes with environment temperature and humidity. Studies show that the corrosion rate of reinforcement is highly relevant to temperature and humidity in concrete. Based on the characteristic, a new method for real time monitoring of corrosion rate of reinforcement in concrete was proposed. This method can predict the field corrosion rate of reinforcement in real time and dynamically according to the influence of temperature and humidity in concrete on corrosion rate of reinforcement based on indoor calibration test as well as the real time monitoring data of on the spot temperature and humidity in concrete. Relevant experiments were designed to verify the feasibility of this method. The results indicated that the corrosion rate data of reinforcement based on the monitoring method can be reliably used to calculate the corrosion amount of reinforcement. The calculation accuracy can be improved with shorter time interval to sample the temperature and humidity in concrete. Similarly, the calculation accuracy can also be improved with shorter time interval to sample the field corrosion rate of reinforcement.
