Abstract:Effect of initial structure and restriction condition of cement mortars on the plastic shrinkage cracking was studied by the methods of laying degree and restriction degree of mortars, and the constitutive equation for plastic shrinkage cracking of mortars with four main parameters were established. The parameters include material constituent parameters water cement ratio, cement sand ratio, fiber content and fiber length, ambient environment parameter(water evaporation rate), initial structural parameter(laying degree) and restriction condition parameter(restriction degree). The results show that this constitutive equation can well predict the cracking trend of mortars. The mathematic relationship between properties and constituents as well as structure is established.
