Abstract:By the research of hydration kinetics process of CaO expansion clinker, the relationship between hydration degree, hydration time and temperature was explored; Avrami crystallization reaction kinetics model was used to deal with the experimental results, hydration reaction rate constants, activation energy and other kinetic parameters under different temperatures were obtained. The results indicate that the hydration rate of CaO expansion clinker is relatively high, with rising temperature the increase of hydration degree is relatively more significant and the hydration time decreases gradually in early age; after that the growth of hydration degree tends to slow down gradually. By calculating, the hydration activation energy of CaO expansion clinker is 24.14kJ/mol.
