Abstract:The experiment of compressive strength was carried out to evaluate the mechanical performance of the Pisha sandstone geopolymeric materials, and XRD, IR, MIP and SEM were used to analyze the effect of fly ash content and curing age on the microstructure and compressive strength of Pisha sandstone geopolymeric materials respectively. The results show that the mechanical property and pore structure of the Pisha sandstone geopolymeric materials will be significantly influenced by fly ash content and curing age. The compressive strength of Pisha sandstone geopolymeric materials is 203MPa when fly ash content is 13%(by mass) at 90d, the porosity was decreased and the pore structure was enhanced. The analysis results from XRD, IR and SEM show that the main hydration reaction product of Pisha sandstone geopolymeric materials is an amorphous C A S H gel.
