    为了拓展煤矸石综合利用途径,探究其在高等级路面工程中的应用前景,选取三种活化煤矸石粉(AGP-A、AGP-B、AGP-C)和石灰石矿粉(LS)四种填料分别制备了不同粉胶比的SBS改性沥青胶浆,对其路用性能进行了对比研究,并分析了活化煤矸石粉和SBS复合改性沥青胶浆的改性机理。结果表明:与矿粉相比,活化煤矸石粉粒度更小、比表面积更大、表面更粗糙并且具有较多孔隙、活性成分和过渡金属元素,提高了其与SBS改性沥青的表面润湿作用和界面吸附作用,并且通过活化煤矸石粉的桥连作用加固了SBS复合改性沥青胶浆的网络结构,从而显著提高了SBS改性沥青胶浆的高温稳定性能;但由于活化煤矸石粉孔隙吸收了SBS改性沥青中的轻质组分,降低了SBS改性沥青胶浆的低温性能。

    Abstract:

    In order to expand the comprehensive utilization of coal gangue and explore its application prospects in high-grade pavement engineering, three kinds of activated coal gangue powder (AGP-A, AGP-B, AGP-C) and limestone ore powder (LS) were selected to prepare SBS modified asphalt mortar with different powder-to-binder ratios. The pavement performance of SBS modified asphalt mortar was compared and studied, and the modification mechanism of activated gangue powder and SBS composite modified asphalt mortar was analyzed. The results show that compared with mineral powder, activated coal gangue powder has smaller particle size, larger specific surface area, rougher surface and has more porous, active ingredients and transition metal elements, thereby improving the surface wettability and interface adsorption of activated coal gangue powder with SBS modified asphalt.The bridging action of activated coal gangue powder strengthens the network structure of SBS modified asphalt mortar. which improveing the high temperature performance of SBS modified asphalt mortar. However, the low temperature performance of SBS modified asphalt mortar is reduced because activated coal gangue powder pore absorbs light components of SBS modified asphalt.
