    摘要:

    围绕以砂石骨料国家标准为核心的相关标准化技术进步进行了系统阐述与分析,重点说明了标准在机制砂定义、建设用砂级配、吸附性、颗粒形状和粗骨料颗粒形状等方面作出的创新和改变,强化了机制砂级配和吸附性对于品质的重要性和正确认知。同时,从服务于现代混凝土的角度,讨论了骨料最优级配的原则、细骨料粗细表征指标、亚甲蓝值试验方法及大胶凝材料理念等学术和技术问题,以期为砂石机制骨料的高品化调控与工程应用提供科学支撑。

    Abstract:

    The progress of related standardization centered on the national standard for the manufactured aggregate was systematically expounded and analyzed, focusing on the innovations and changes made by the standard in terms of the definition of manufactured sand, gradation of construction sand, adsorption, particle shape of fine and coarse aggregate. The importance and correct understanding of gradation and adsorption for the manufactured sand quality were emphasized. At the same time, from the perspective of application to modern concrete, the characteristics and principles of optimal gradation of fine aggregate, the characterization indicators of fine aggregate fineness, the test method of methylene blue value for manufactured sand, the concept of large cementitious materials, and other academic and technical issues were discussed. The scientific support for the control and engineering application of high-quality aggregate made of sand and gravel are provided.
