    摘要:

    采用界面化学处理方法,通过羟基改性、氨丙基三甲基硅烷(KH550)沉积和TiO₂沉积对六方氮化硼(h-BN)进行表面改性,将改性氮化硼引入环氧树脂(EP)制备了改性氮化硼复合环氧防腐涂层,并对其力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:改性h-BN的掺入提升了环氧防腐涂层的整体性能,其最佳掺量为0.5%;KH550沉积改性氮化硼(KBN)对纯EP涂层拉伸性能的增强效果最显著,复合涂层KBN/EP的抗拉强度相较于纯EP涂层显著提高;复合涂层TiO₂沉积羟基改性h-BN/EP在干摩擦和海水摩擦下均表现出优异的耐磨性,且摩擦系数较纯EP涂层显著降低。

    Abstract:

    Hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN) was modified by hydroxylation modification, aminopropyltrimethoxysilane(KH550) deposition, and TiO₂ deposition via interfacial chemical treatment method. The modified h-BN was then incorporated into epoxy resin(EP) to fabricate modified h-BN composite EP anti-corrosive coatings, and the mechanical properties of the resultant coatings were systematically investigated. The results show that the incorporation of modified h-BN effectively enhances the overall performance of the EP coatings, with the optimal doping content of 5%. The KH550 deposited modified h-BN(KBN) exhibits the most prominent reinforcement effect on the tensile properties of pure EP coating. Compared to pure EP coating, the tensile strength of composite coating KBN/EP is significantly improved. In addition, composite coating TiO₂ deposited hydroxyl modified h-BN/EP displays excellent wear resistance under both dry friction and seawater friction, and its friction coefficient is significantly lower than that of pure EP coating.
