    摘要:

    针对传统阻燃技术功能单一及预警系统响应滞后的问题,本研究基于层层自组装(LbL)技术,在木材表面交替沉积壳聚糖(CS)与过渡金属碳/氮化物(MXene)作为预警层、CS与植酸(PA)作为阻燃层,构建了“阻燃-预警”双功能智能涂层。结果表明:当预警层为4层、阻燃层为5层时,涂层木材的极限氧指数提升至43.8%,热释放速率峰值降低38.7%;涂层报警响应时间缩短至8 s,预警持续时间超3 600 s,且可稳定循环报警27次。研究通过LbL技术实现了阻燃与预警功能的协同增效,为开发绿色智能木材防火材料提供了新策略。

    Abstract:

    To address the single-function limitation of traditional flame retardants and the delayed response of early-warning systems, a dual-functional “flame-retardant/early-warning” coating was constructed on wood surfaces using layer-by-layer self-assembly(LbL). Positively charged chitosan(CS) and negatively charged transition metal carbide/nitride(MXene) were alternately deposited to form the early-warning layer, while CS and phytic acid(PA) constituted the flame-retardant layer. The results show that optimal performance is achieved with a 4-layer warning structure and a 5-layer flame-retardant structure. This coating increases the limiting oxygen index to 43.8% and reduces the peak heat release rate by 38.7%. The coating exhibits an 8 s alarm response time, provides continuous warning exceeding 3 600 s, and achieves stable cyclic alarm performance for 27 cycles. The LbL approach achieves synergistic flame-retardant and early-warning functions, offering a new strategy for green intelligent wood fireproofing materials.
