试制了低居里温度的R-Zn铁氧体,并对样品进行了XRD、磁滞回线、热重分析及发热试验测定,结果表明,R-Zn铁氧体具有低居里温度;随锌含量的增加。试样的居里温度降低,具有典型的铁氧体磁滞回线,在交变磁场下,有明显的磁热效应。 |

Abstract: |
The R Zn ferrite, which has low Curie temperature was prepared. The samples were tested by XRD, the hysteresis loop, thermal mass loss analysis and thermomagnetic test. The results showed that R Zn ferrites have low Curie temperatures, which tend to be lower with the increase of the content of Zn in the specimens. Moreover, those specimens have typical hysteresis loop of ferrite materials. Being placed under the alternative magnetic field, the samples have the obvious thermomagnetic effect. |
